The Langhe have always been a fascinating and unique territory. They have some of the most worldwide famous and sophisticated excellences, including the Alba White Truffle, typical hazelnut Tonda Gentile variety, homemade tajarin…

Our menu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes: raw meat beaten with a knife, tajarin in duck sauce, wild boar with chestnuts, nougat semifreddo with hot chocolate sauce.

Good food for us means paying particular attention to seasonality, provenance and quality of our products.

This is why we are always looking for great local producers, serious and original, possibly organic and biodynamic.

We also produce some homemade specialties : flowers, salads, vegetables, herbs, nuts, wine…
